State of California AIR RESOURCES BOARD EXECU-I-IVEORDER D-397-9 Relating to Exemptions Under Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code GReddy Performance Products, Inc. GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Sections 39515 and 39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G-02-003; IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit, manufactured by GReddy Performance Products, Inc. of 9 Vanderbilt Avenue, Irvine, California 92618, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control system and, therefore, is exempt from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for 2000 to 2005 model year Honda S2000 vehicles equipped with either a 2.0 or 2.2L engine. The GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit consists of a Mitsubishi T518Z turbocharger assen-~bly that is rated at a maximuni boost of 8.5 psi. This Executive Order is valid provided that installation instructions for this device will not recommend tuning the vehicles to specifications different from those of the vehicle manufacturer. This Executive Order shall not apply to any GReddy Performance Products, Inc.'s GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle prior to or concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser. Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the device, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of a vehicle's pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order. Marketing of this device using any identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or marketing of this device for an application other than those. listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board.

This ~xecutiveOrder does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the device may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by the vehicle manufacturer. This Executive Order is granted based on submitted emission test data generated on a 2005 model year Honda S2000, engine test group 5HNXV02.2DJE, certified to the Low Emission Vehicle I Low Emission Vehicle (LEV I LEV) emission standards. Test results on the S2000 showed that emission levels, with GReddy Performance Products, Inc.'s GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit installed, met the applicable emission standards when tested s sing the Cold-Start CVS-75 Federal Test Proced~~re (F-rP) and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP US06) test cycles. Examination of the OBD II system showed the GReddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit did not affect OBD II system operation.
