ons This Executive Order is granted based on submitted emissions test data generated on a 2012 model—year 2.0L turbocharged Buick Regal GS (test group CGMXVO2.0021), certified to the Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) emission standards with the LHU Turbocharged ECOTEC Upgrade Kit installed. Testing consisted of a Cold—Start CVS— 75 Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP _ USO6) test cycle. Results are in grams per mile with assigned deterioration factors added to the CVS—75 FTP results. Emissionlevels of the modn‘led vehicle met the applicable emission standards.
