o This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted emissions test data generated on a 2012 model—year 2.0L turbocharged Buick Regal GS (test group CGMXVO02.0021), certified to the UlItra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) emission standards with the LHU Turbocharged ECOTEC Upgrade Kit installed. Testing consisted of a Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP USO6) test cycle. Results are in grams permile with assigned deterioration factors added to the CVS—75 FTP results. Emlssmn levels of the modified vehicle met _ the applicable emissionstandards. _ CVS—75 FTP USO6 - NMOG CO NOx HCHO NMHC+NOX Cco ULEV Standards 0.070 21 0.04 N/A ~ 0940 8.0 W/Device 0. 037 —0.5 0.02 N/A _ _ 0.03 0.3 This Executive Order is also based on an On—Board Diagnostic II (OBD II) test.
