State of California AIR RESOURCES BOARD EXECUTIVE ORDER D—265—44 Relating to Exemptions under Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code FCA US LLC Mopar Performance Shaker Hood Scoop Kit Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board (ARB) by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code (VC); and Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Sections 39515 and 39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—14—012; IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That installation of the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit, manufactured by FCA US LLC — Mopar Performance, 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systems, and therefore, the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit is exempt from the prohibitions in VC Section 27156 for installation on the following vehicles: Kit Part Number Vehicle Model—Year Vehicle Model & Engine 82214110AB 2011 to 2014 Dodge Challenger 5.7L 82214479 2014 and 2015 Dodge Challenger 5.7L 82214586AB 2011 to 2015 Dodge Challenger 6.4L The Shaker Hood Scoop Kit is designed to replace the standard Challenger hood with a new hood and raised hood scoop for air induction. Kit includes new hood, air scoop, open element air box with conical air filter, air inlet tube from scoop to air box, and various connecting and mounting hardware. This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those of FCA US LLC — Mopar Performance. Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order. The Air Resources Board reserves the right in the future to review this Executive Order and the exemption provided herein to assure that the exempted add—on or modified part continues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of Regulations, Section 2222, et seq.

This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP USO6) emission test data generated on a 2014 model year 5.7L Dodge Challenger, certified to a Low Emission Vehicle II Ultra Low Emission Vehicle Emission Standard, modified with the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit, and new FTP emissions data submitted on a 2015 model year 6.4L Dodge Challenger, certified to a Low Emission Vehicle II Low Emission Vehicle Emission Standard, modified with the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit. Test results showed that emission levels, with the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit installed, met the applicable emission standards when tested using the FTP test cycle. Results from emissions testing conducted at the Chrysler Technology Center, are shown below, in grams per mile, with deterioration factors (df) applied. 2015 Dodge Challenger, 6.4L CVS—75 FTP NMOG CO NOx HCHO Standards, Useful Life 0.075 3.4 0.05 0.015 Device Test w/df 0.053 0.8 0.04 0.001 The Air Resources Board reserves the right in the future to review this Executive Order and the exemption provided herein to assure that the exempted add—on or modified part continues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of Regulations, Section 2222, et seq. THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENT BY THE AIR RESOURCES BOARD OF ANY CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNING ANTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF THE SHAKER HOOD SCOOP KIT. Marketing of the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit using any identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or marketing of the Shaker Hood Scoop Kit for an application other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board. No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Resources Board", may be made with respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or other oral or written communication. This Executive Order shall not apply to any Shaker Hood Scoop Kit advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle prior to or concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser. Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order. The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of intention to revoke the order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within ten days of receipt of the request and the order may not be revoked until a determination is made after the hearing that grounds for revocation exist. o Executed at El Monte, California, this day of May 2015.
