17062 1987—1990 Jeep Wrangler, 4.2L

This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the Exhaust
Header System will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those
of the vehicle manufacturer.

The Exhaust Header System is a long tube design header and connecting pipe,
manufactured out of 17 gage stainless steel tubing. The location of the oxygen sensor is at
the collector of the header.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Exhaust Header System, as

pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

Marketing of the Exhaust Header System using any identification other than that shown in
this Executive Order or marketing of the Exhaust Header System for an application other
than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approval is obtained
from the Air Resources Board. Exemption of the Exhaust Header System shall not be
construed as exemption to sell, offer for sale, or advertise any component of the kit as an
individual device.

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the Exhaust
Header System may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by the vehicle
manufacturer.

                                              —3.

This Executive Order is granted based on previously submitted emissions test data which
showed that tailpipe emissions with the Exhaust Header System installed met the applicable
emission standards. The requested vehicle application to be included in this Executive
Order is of the same emission standards and is expected to have a similar impact on
emissions.

THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION,
ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENTBY THE AIR

which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest the
proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within ten days of receipt of

hearing that grounds for revocation exist.
