Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the
Vehicle Code; and

Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Section 39515 and Section

IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the P6OOB/P—1SC
Procharger Supercharger Kit manufactured and marketed by Accessible

not to reduce the effectiveness of required motor vehicle pollution control devices

for the 4.6L Ford Motor Company Mustang GT vehicles listed in Exhibit A.

The P600B/P—1SC ProCharger Supercharger Kit includes the following main
components: ProCharger supercharger unit, air—to—air intercooler, larger fuel injectors,
an ECM module, open—element air intake filter and tubing, and high—output fuel pump.
The following modifications are done to subject vehicles: the stock airbox is replaced
with the open—element filter, the stock injectors are replaced with larger ones, the
stock fuel pump is replaced with a high flow, high pressure unit fuel pump unit, the
ECM module replaces the stock ECM to provide adequate fuel flow, and an air—to—air
intercooler is placed in front of the vehicle to cool the pressurized air charge. All
other emission—related components are in the stock location relative to the throttle
body. The supercharger pulley specification is 3.60". All crankshaft pulleys are stock
and maximum boost is limited to 8 psi.

This Executive Order shall not apply to any P6OOB/P—1SC Procharger Supercharger

Federal Test Procedure (SFTP) standards:
