This Executive Order is granted based on submitted emission test data generated on a
2007 model year Ford Shelby GT500 5.4L Mustang certified to the Low Emission
Vehicle II Low Emission Vehicle (LEV II LEV) emission standards. Test results on the
Shelby Mustang showed that emission levels, with Roush Industries‘ Shelby GT500 Cold
Air Upgrade Kit installed, met the applicable emission standards when tested using the
Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and the Supplemental Federal Test
Procedure (SFTP USO6/5C03) test cycles. Examination of the OBD I! system showed the
Shelby GT500 Cold Air Upgrade Kit did not affect OBD II system operation. Results from
emission testing conducted at the Roush Emissions Laboratory, Livonia, Michigan are
listed below with deterioration factors applied.
