The new ECU calibration is downloaded to the motorcycleÔÇÖs ECU and can only be installed by either a Harley-Davidson dealer, Northern California Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc., or an authorized representative. The new ECU calibration has no dealer or user adjustments.
