The new ECU calibration is downloaded to the motorcycleÔÇÖs ECU and can only be installed by a dealer. The new ECU calibration has no dealer or user adjustments. The NCDL 95ci Performance Kit includes a new ECU calibration, a Harley-Davidson Screamin Eagle Air Filter, camshaft, Cycle Shack Baffles or Screamin Eagle Catalyst Mufflers, and a new cylinder and piston kit. The new ECU calibration is downloaded to the motorcycleÔÇÖs ECU and can only be installed by a dealer. The new ECU calibration has no dealer or user adjustments.
