The new ECU calibration is downloaded to the motorcycleÔÇÖs ECU and can only be installed by either a Harley-Davidson dealer, Northern California Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc., or an authorized representative. The new ECU calibration has no dealer or user adjustments. Installation does not require modification or relocation of any engine or emission control system component.
