Strllen Supercharger Kit, Part Numbers 407750 or 407750P Pursuant to the authorlty vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and . . Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersrgned by Section 39515 and Sectlon 39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—O02—003 IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the lnstallatlon of the Stlllen Supercharger Kit, part numbers 407750 or 407750P, manufactured:and marketed by Steve Millen Sportparts, Inc. 3176 Airway Avenue, Costa Mesa, California 92626, has been found not to reduce the °© effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systemsand, therefore, is exempt ._ from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for 2007 and 2008 modelyear _ Nissan 350Z passenger cars. No changes are made to any fuel lines and the stock radiator thermostatis retalned This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the Stillen Supercharger Kit will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those submitted by the device manufacturer. — Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Stillen Supercharger Kit, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order. Marketing of the Stillen Supercharger Kit using any identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or marketing of the Stillen SuperchargerKit for an application other _ than those listed in this Executive Order shaII be prohibited unless prior approvalis obtained fromthe Air Resouroes Board. This Executive Order does not constitute any opihidn as to the effect the uvse‘ of theStillen Supercharger Kit may have on any warranty elther expressed or implied by the vehicle manufacturer f

This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted emissions test data, generated in support of Executive Order D—436—17, on a 2009 model year Nissan 370Z with a 3.7 liter engine (NSXVO3.7GAA, LEV II ULEV, PC) using an 8 psi. Vortech V—3 supercharger. Testing consisted of Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure, Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (USO6 and $SC03), and an examination of the On—Board Diagnostic II (OBD II) system. Emission levels of the 370Z with the supercharger kit installed, met the vehicle‘s applicable emission standards. Examination of the OBD II system showed the supercharger kit did not affect OBD II system operation. THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENT BY THE AIR RESOURCES BOARD OF ANY CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNING ANTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF THE STILLEN SUPERCHARGER KIT. No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Resources Board", may be made with respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or other oral or written communication. Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order. The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of intention to revoke the order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within ten days of receipt of the request and the order may not be revoked until a determination is made after the hearing that grounds for revocation exist.
