IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Eurospec Vanagon Engine Conversion

Volkswagen Vanagons. '

includes the following parts: A complete 1993 to 1995 model year Golf/Jetta 2.0 liter VW engine modified
with a late model Audi 80 cylinder head, adaptor plate and hardware to mount the engine to the stock
transmission and frame, intake air ducting with an open element air filter, Golf/Jetta throttle body,
Golf/Jetta electronic control unit (ECU), heated oxygen sensor located in the collector, cast iron exhaust

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the Eurospec Vanagon
Engine Conversion Kit may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by the vehicle
manufacturer.

This Executive Order is granted based on the following submitted emissions test data on a 1984 VW
Vanagon equipped with the 2.0 liter Golf/Jetta engine:
                      HC CO NOX

not cause tailpipe emissions to exceed the vehicle‘s applicable emission standards of the 1983 to 1991
model year VW Vanagon during a Cold Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure.

THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION,
APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENT BY THE AIR RESOURCES BOARD OF
