State of California ‘~_ AIR RESOURCES BOARD EXECUTIVE ORDER D—648—16 | Relating to Exemptions under Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code Rollx Vans Chrysler Rollx Conversion — Pursuant to the authonty vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and | Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersngned by Sections 39515 and 39516 ofthe Healith and Safety Code and Executive Order G—02—003; * . . IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Chrysler Rollx ConverSIOn manufactured by Rolix Vans of 6591 West Highway 13, Savage, Mininesota 55378, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the apphcable vehicle pollution control system, and therefore, the Chrysler Rolix Conversion is exempt from the prohibitions in Section 27156 of the Vehlcle Code for installation on the followmg veh[c[es | Assembly Part Numbe _ Vehicle Application SNG2007 . . 2005—2007 model year Chrysler LLC 3. 3 and 3.8 Ilter minivans with Stow ‘n Go seats _ SNG2014 €00. 2008—2014 model year Chrysler LLC 3.3, 3.6, 3 8, and 4.0 _ liter mlmvans with Stow ‘ n Go seats ~— This Executive Order is based on previous evaporatlve emission, refuellng emission, and On—Board Diagnostic II System tests conducted by Rollx Vans with the Chrysler Rolix Conversion on a 2008 MY 3.8 liter Dodge Grand Caravan and a 2008 MY 3.8 liter Chrysler — Town and Country. +. \ Exemption of the Chrysler Rollx Conversion shall not be construéd as an exemption to sell,.offer for sale, or advertise any component of the assembly as individual devices. This Executive Order shall not apply to any device advertised; offered for sale, sold — with, or installed on a motor vehicle prior to or concurrentwnth transfer to an ultlmate purchaser,. —This Executive Order is valid provided that installation instructions for the Chrysler Rollx Conversion do not recommend tuning the vehicle to specmcatlons different from those of the vehicle manufacturer. . Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the C.hrysler Rolix Conversion, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicles pollution control system shall invalidate this Executlve Order.

Marketing of the Chrysler Rolix Conversion using .anidentification other than that shown in this Executive Order or for an appllca’non other than .those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohlbfied unless prior approvalis ob’camed from the Air Resources Board. In addition to the foregoing, the AirResourcées Beard reserves the right in the future to review this Executive Order and the.exemption provided herein to assure that the ~ exempted add—on or modified part continues to mest the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of Regulations, Section 2222 et seq.
