Pursuant to the authority vestedin the undersigned by Sections 39515 and 39516 of the , Health and Safety Codeand Executlve Order G—02—003; ~ 4T IS. ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Ford E-Serles Rollx Conversion, manufactired by Rolix Vans of 6591 West Highway 13, Savagé, Minnesota 55378, has been found not to reduce the effectivenéess of the’applicable vehicle pollution control system and therefore, the Ford E—Series Rollx Conversion is exempt from the > prohibitions in Section 27158of the Vehicle Code for mstalla‘uon on the followmg vehlcles | | Assembly Part Numbe Vehicle Agghcatlo | — Ford—E2014 to ces 1992—2014 model year 4.2,4.64.9,5.0,5.4,5.8, and 6.8 liter . 2o e C Ford E150 E—250, and E—350 full size gasoime vans This Executlve Order is based onprevnous evaporatlve emission, refuelmg emission, and On—Board Diagnostic II System tests conducted by Rollix Vans with the Ford : ESeries Rollx Conversmn on a 2007 MY 5.4liter Ford E—250 full size van. . Exemption of the Ford E—Serigs Rollx Conversxon shall not be construed as an exemption to sell, offer for sale, or adverttse any component of the assembly as individual devices. — This Executive Order shall not apply to any device édvertlsed offered for sale,.sold _ with, or installed on a motor vehlcle prlor to or concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser. This Executive Orderis valid provided that mstallatlon instructions for the Ford E—Series Rolix Conversion do not recommend tuning the vehicle to specnf[catlons different from those of the vehicle manufacturer. Changes made to the désign or operating conditions of the Ford E—Series Rolix Conversion, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘s pollutloncontrol system shall invalidate this Executive . l . , | Order.

Marketing of the Ford E—Series Rollx Conversion using an identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or for an application other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohlblted unless prior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board In addition to the;foregoing, the Air Resources Board—reserves the rightin the future to review this Executive Order and the exemption provided—herein to assure that the exempted add—on or modified part continues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of Regu!a’ctons Sec’aon 2222 et seq. ' ThIS Executive Order does notconstztute any oplnlon as to the effect theuse of the Ford E—Series Rolix Conversion mayhave— onany warranty either expressed or tmplled ‘by the vehicle manufacturer. .
