State of California ‘ AIR RESOURCES BOARD EXEQUTIVE- ORDER D—648—18 Relating to Exemptions under Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code ooo -_.-R<_>l|x Vans Honda Rolix Converswn Pursuant to the authority vestedin the Air Resources Board by Sectlon 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and : Pursuant to the authonty vestedin the undersigned by Sections 39515 ‘and 39516 of the | Health and Safety Code and Executlve Order G—02—003; > IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Honda Rollx Conversion, manufactured by Rollx Vans of 6591 West Highway 13, Savage, Minnesota 55378, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control system, and therefore, the Honda Rolix Conversion is exempt from the prohibitions in . Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for installation on the following vehicles: ' Assembly Part Number: Vehicle Application ' Honda2014 Do s 201 1—2014 model year 3:5 liter Honda Odyssey mini—van This Executive Order isbased on prewous evaporatlve emission, refueling emission,and On—Board DiagnosticII System tests conducted by Rolix Vans with the Honda Rollx Conversion on a 2011 MY 3.5 liter Honda Odyssey. > 'Exemptlon of the Honda Rolix Conversion shall not be construed as an exemption to sell, offer for sale, or advertise any component of the assembly as individual devices: This Executive Order shall not apply to any device advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a motor vehicle prior to or concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser. This Executive Order is valid provided that installation instructions for the Honda Rolix Conversion do not recommend tuning the vehicle to speclflcatlons different from those of the vehicle manufacturer. Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Honda Rollx Conversion, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘s poIlu’uon control system shall mvalldate this Executlve Order. -Marketlng of the Honda Rollx Conversnon using an identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or for an appllcatlon other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approvalis obtained from the Air—Resources _ Board.
