IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the MAGChargeR,
manufactured and marketed by Save The World Air, Inc., 235 Tennant Avenue #5,
Morgan Hill, California 95037 has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the
applicable vehicle pollution control system and, therefore, is exempt from the prohibitions
of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for 2008 and older model year vehicles (see device
manufacturer's catalog).

The MAGChargeR is designed for vehicles with either a multi-point or throttle body fuel
injection system, and is installed under the vehicle's throttle body. The MAGChargeR is
made of aluminum and approximately one inch thick with machined grooves on the inside
ports.

This Executive Order is valid provided the installation instructions for the MAGChargeR
will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those of the vehicle
manufacturer.

accordance with the Cold-Start CVS-75 Federal Test Procedure. Furthermore, On-Board
Diagnostic II (OBD II) testing, using a 2008 model-year 5.7L Toyota Tundra, a 2007
model-year 4.6L Ford Crown Victoria, and a 2007 model-year 5.3L Chevrolet truck,
showed that the MAGChargeR did not affect the vehicle's ability to perform its OBD II
monitoring functions.

continues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of
