IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the A&A Corvette
Performance Supercharger, manufactured and marketed by A&A Corvette Performance
Ltd., 477 Lambert Street, Unit A, Oxnard, California 93036, has been found not to reduce
the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systems and, therefore, is
exempt from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for the following 2014
to 2016 model year Chevrolet Corvettes not originally equipped with a supercharger:

Model Year Engine Displacement Kit Part Number

components: A Vortech V3—Si centrifugal supercharger with a 4.0 inch diameter pulley,
a 7.65 inch diameter crankshaft pulley, intercooler, supercharger by—pass valve, new
air filter element, air intake tubing, and a new ECU upgrade without user adjustments.
These vehicles are not originally equipped with a carbon adsorber pad. The stock
radiator thermostat and mass air flow sensor are retained and no changes are made to
any part of the fuel system, and original air filter cover is modified. The PCV breather
hose may be replaced or modified with an SAE30RY rated hose or a General Motors
replacement equivalent. Maximum boost is 7 psi.

This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the A&A
Corvette Performance Supercharger will not recommend tuning the vehicle to
specifications different from those of the kit manufacturer.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the A&A Corvette Performance
Supercharger, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the
performance of the vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive
Order.

This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted emission test data generated on
one test vehicle modified with the A&A Corvette Performance Supercharger. Test results
showed that emission levels, with the supercharger kit installed, met the applicable
emission standards when tested using the Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure
(FTP) test cycle and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP USO6/SC03) test
cycle. Examination of the OBD II system showed that the supercharger kit did not affect
OBD II system operation. Results from emissions testing conducted at Quantum
Technologies, located at Lake Forest, California, are shown below, in grams per mile, with
deterioration factors (df) applied.
