500—1024, 500—1029 2004.5 to 2010

The Down Pipe is a direct fit stainless steel down pipe that is attached to the exhaust
output of the stock turbocharger and the vehicle‘s under floor exhaust system. The
stock down pipe and the Down Pipe share the same construction material, metal
gage, interior volume, length, and port size, the only difference is the stock pipe is
square in the middle section and the Down Pipe is round throughout. The 2011 to
2016 model year vehicles are equipped with an EGT and NOx sensor located at the
top of the down pipe, the stock sensors are transferred to the new down pipe in a
stock location and orientation. The 2015 and 2016 model year vehicles also include
an indirect fuel injector located at the bottom of the down pipe, the stock indirect fuel
injector is transferred to the new down pipe in a stock location and orientation. The
Down Pipe has no mechanical or electrical user adjustments. No changes are
made to any component of the stock engine for installation, including engine
calibration, turbocharger, or any other component of the exhaust system.

This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the Down Pipe
will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those of the
vehicle manufacturer.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Down Pipe as exempt by the
Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘s pollution
control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

                                             3.

in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Air
Resources Board.

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the
Down Pipe may have on any warranty either expressed or implied bythe vehicle
manufacturer.

This Executive Order is granted based on an engineering evaluation and information
supplied by SoCal Diesel, Inc. on the Down Pipe. Comparisons made between the
stock and modified part demonstrated similarity in material type, port size, and basic
design.

The Air Resources Board reserves the right in the future to review this Executive Order
and the exemption provided herein to assure that the exempted add—on or modified part
continues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code of
Regulations, Section 2222, et seq.

THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION,
ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENT BY THE
AIR RESOURCES BOARD OF ANY CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNING
ANTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF THE DOWN PIPE.

No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Resources Board", may be made
with respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or other oral or written
communication.

Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order.
The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of intention to revoke the
order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest
the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within ten days of
