EXHAUST HEADERS (PIN‘S 1086Y7, 106Y—S, 114¢, 114Y—S, 153 AND 153—3) Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the ¥ehicle Code; and Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Sections 39515 and 39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—4§5—5; 117 IS OROERED AND RESOLYED: That the installation of the Doug Thoriley exhaust header part nos. 106¢¥, 106Y—§$, 114¢, 114¥—S5, 153 and 153—$ manufactured by Doug Thorley Headers, Inc. of 1561 Commerce Street, Corona, CA 91720, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle poliution control system and, therefore, is exempt from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for the following non— feedback vehicle applications: Exhaust Header P/N 106¢ {non—AIR) and P/N 106¢—S {AIR) 1975—1881 model—year Plymouth/Dodge van equipped with a 273—360 CID engine Exhaust Header P/N 114¥ {non—AIR) and P/N 114¥—S (AIR) 1975—1981 model—year Dodge Ramcharger, Dodge pickup and Plymoeuth Trail Duster equipped with a 273—3860 CID engine Exhaust Header P/N 153 (non—AIR) and P/N 153—5 {AIR) 1975—1976 model—year Dodge Dart and Plymouth Valiant/Scamp equipped with a 273—360 CID engine 1976—1979 model—year Dodge Aspen{/Diplomat and Plymouth Yolare equipped with a 273—360 CIS engine This Exscutive Order is valid provided that installation instructions for thess headers will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those submitted by Doug Thorley Headers, Inc. Exemption of these exhaust headers shall not be construed as exemption to sell, offer for sale, or advertise any component of the kit as an individual device. This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of these exhaust headers may have on any warranty sither expressed or implied by the vehicle manufacturer. | THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, APPROYAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDQRSEMENT BY THE ATR RESOURCES BOARD OFf CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNING ANTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF DOUG THORLEY HEADERS, INC.‘S EXHAUST HEADER PART NOS. 10§6¥, 106¥—$, 114¢, 114Y9—5, 153 AND 1§3—5. No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Resources Board" may be made with respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or other oral or written communication. Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order, The order may be revoked only after ten day written notice of intenttion to revoke the order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within ten days of receipt of the request and the order may not be revoked until a determination after hearing that grounds for revocation exist.
