Stillen Supercharger Kit Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and . This Executive Order is valid provided that the installatio‘w instructions for the Stillen Supercharger Kit will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those submitted by the device manufacturer. Changes made to the design or operating conditions of t he Stillen Super charger Kit, as exermipt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the p erformance of t he vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order. This Executive Order shall not apply to any Stillen Super charger Kit advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle prior to or C oncurrent with t ransfer to an ultimate purchaser. Marketing of the Stillen Supercharger Kit using any ident fication other th an that shown in this Executive Order or marketing of the Stillen Supercharger Kit for an appli¢Pation other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless p rior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board. This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the Stillen Supercharger Kit may have on any warranty either expre ssed or implied by the vehicle manufacturer. This Executive Order is granted based on prior emissionss test data gene rated on a 2004 model! year Nissan 350Z with a 3.5 liter engine (4NSXVO3.5G7A\, LEV II LEV, P C). Testing consisted of Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure, Suppleme ntal Federal Test Procedure (USO6/S5C03), and an examination of the On—Board Diagrnostic II (OBD II system. Emission levels of the 350Z with the Stillen Supercharger Kit instal ed, met the veh icle‘s applicable emission standards. Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order. The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of intention to revoke the order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing to contest the proposed revocation.
