State of California AIR RESOURCES BOARD EXECUTIVE ORDER D—436—14 Relating to Exemptions Under a ection 27156 > V of the California Veh cle Code Steve Millen Sportparts, Inc. Stillen High Flow Intake $ystem Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Bogrd by Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code; and Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Section 39515 and Section 39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—02—003; IT 1S ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Stillen High Flow Intake System, : manufactured and marketed by Steve Millen Sportparts, nc. 3176 Airway Avenue, Costa Mesa, California 92626, has been found not to reduce the effec iveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systems and, therefore, is exempt from t he prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for the following Nissan/Infiniti vehicle appl cations: Part Engine Number Model years Vehicle type/mbodel size (liters) 403447 2004—2008 Titan/Armada/QX56 5.6 trucks 403440 2005 —2006 Frontier/Pathfinder/ 4.0 X—Terra Trucks The Stillen High Flow Intake System consists of a K&N a gfflter and a new urethane air box. This Executive Order is valid provided that the installatiof i instructions for the Stillen High Flow Intake System will not recommend tuning the vehicle to s pecifications different from those submitted by the device manufacturer. Changes made to the design or operating conditions of t he Stillen High Flow Intake System, as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely aff Ect the performance of the vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive O [der. This Executive Order shall not apply to any Stillen High F Flow Intake System advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle pr or to or concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser. Marketing of the Stillen High Flow Intake System using a ny identification other than that shown in this Executive Order or marketing of the Stillen High F low Intake System for an application other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be p fohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board.

—9_ This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as tp the effect the use of the Stillen High Flow Intake System may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by the vehicle manufacturer. This Executive Order is granted based on prior emissions test data generated on a 2005 model year Nissan 350Z with a 3.5 liter engine (5NSXVO3.5G7A , LEV II LEV, PC). Testing consisted of Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure, Suppleme htal Federal Test Procedure (USO6), and an examination of the On—Board Diagnostic II (OBD I ) system. Emission levels of the 350Z with the Stillen High Flow Intake System installed, met the b vehicle‘s applicable emission standards. The following test results are in grams per mi e with the deterioration factors applied: CVS—75 USO6 NMOG CO NOx HCHO NMHC+NOx CO Standards 50k 0.075 3.4 0.05 0.015 0.14 8.0 Device 0.053 0.8 0.04 0.001 0.05 2.7 Examination of the OBD II system showed the Stillen Hig h Flow Intake System does not affect OBD II system operation. THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL,, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMEN T BY THE AIR RESOURCES BOARD OF ANY CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNING 4 \NTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF THE STILLEN HIGH FLOW IN TAKE SYSTEM. No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Reso urces Board", may be made with respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or ot her oral or written communication. Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order. The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of inte tion to revoke the order, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a he ring to contest the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held wit in ten days of receipt of the request and the order may not be revoked until a determination is made after the hearing that grounds for revocation exist.
