| 1994-97 and 1999 model-year Ford trucks equipped with the 7.3 liter turbo diesel engine, excluding any vehicle certified to a low emission vehicle (LEV) emission standard | The PowerPack includes the following main components for the 1994-97 model-year applications: The 1.15 A/R stock turbine housing is replaced with a 1.0 A/R turbine housing, the air filter element is replaced with a K&N style air filter retaining the stock air filter housing, factory turbine outlet pipe is replaced with a 3" diameter turbine outlet pipe manufactured out of 17 gage stainless steel, stock tailpipe is replaced with a modified tailpipe, the intercooler and piping is replaced with a new intercooler and piping, and the ECM is modified with an engine calibration module. | The PowerPack includes the following main components for the 1999 model-year application: The 1.15 A/R stock turbine housing and actuator is replaced with a 1.0 A/R turbine housing and actuator, the air filter element is replaced with a K&N style air filter retaining the stock air filter housing, factory turbine outlet pipe is replaced with a 3.5" diameter turbine outlet pipe manufactured out of 17 gage stainless steel, stock tailpipe and muffler is replaced with a new tailpipe and muffler, the intercooler and piping is replaced with a new intercooler and piping, and the ECM is modified with an engine calibration module. |
