                              EXECUTIVE ORDER D—365—6

Relating to Exemptions Under Section 27156
                                   of the Vehicle Code

                             Accessible Technologies, Inc.
                          P—1SC—1 Procharger Supercharger Kit

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the
Vehicle Code; and

Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Section 39515 and Section
39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—02—003;

IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the P—1SC—1 Procharger
Supercharger Kit manufactured and marketed by Accessible Technologies, Inc. of
14801 West 114th Terrace, Lenexa, KS 66215, has been found not to reduce the
effectiveness of required motor vehicle pollution control devices and, therefore, is
exempt from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for the 5.7L and
6.0L General Motors vehicles listed in Exhibit A.

The P—1SC—1 ProCharger Supercharger Kit includes the following main components:
P—1SC—1 supercharger unit, air—to—air intercooler, larger fuel injectors, and open—
element air intake filter and tubing. The following modifications are done to subject
vehicles: the stock airbox is replaced with the open—element filter, the stock injectors
are replaced with larger ones, the stock ECM module is reprogrammed with modified
air—fuel ratios to accommodate the new injectors, and an air—to—air intercooler is
placed in front of the vehicle to cool the pressurized air charge. The throttle body is
moved to the supercharger inlet. All other emission—related components are in the
stock location relative to the throttle body. The supercharger pulley specification
varies from 3.20" to 4.50" and several crankshaft pulley specifications vary from
stock. These latter pulley sizes can be found in Exhibit A. Maximum boost is limited
to 8 psi.

This Executive Order shall not apply to any P—1SC—1 Procharger Supercharger Kit
advertised, offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle prior to or
concurrent with transfer to an ultimate purchaser.

This Executive Orderis valid provided that the installation instructions for the P—1SC~1
Procharger Supercharger Kit will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications
different from those of the vehicle manufacturer.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the device, as exempted by the
Air Resources Board, that adversely affect the performance of a vehicle‘s pollution
control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

. Marketing of this device using any identification other than that shown in this Executive
Order or marketing of this device for an application other than those listed in this
Executive Order shall be prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Air
  Resources Board.

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect that the use of this
device may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by the vehicle
  manufacturer.

This exemption is issued based on submitted emissions test data from an independent
laboratory on a 2004 model year General Motors Corvette vehicle (Test Group
4GMXVO5.7082) certified to the Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) and Supplemental Federal
  Test Procedure (SFTP) standards:

the vehicle did not cause exhaust emissions to exceed the applicable emission
standards during the Cold Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure or SFTP cycles. This
