The headers are a shorty style header design, manufactured out of 16 gage mild steel or
16 gage stainless steel. The oxygen sensor is retained in the stock location at a collector.

The headers may include a connecting Y—pipe that is also manufactured out of 16 gage
mild steel or 16 gage stainless steel.

This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the JBA and
Doug‘s Headers will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from those
of the vehicle manufacturer.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the JBA and Doug‘s Headers, as
exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the
vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted emissions test data generated on
a 2010 model year 5.7L Toyota Tundra, modified with the JBA header. Test results
showed that emission levels, with the header installed, met the applicable emission
standards when tested using the Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test Procedure (FTP) test
cycle and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP—USO6) test cycle. Examination
of the OBD II system showed that the header did not affect OBD II system operation.

Results from emissions testing conducted at the Auto Club Emissions Laboratory, located
in Diamond Bar, California, are shown below (in grams per mile).
