                            EXECUTIVE ORDER D—774—1

Relating to Exemptions Under Section 27156
                               of the California Vehicle Code

                         Specialty Vehicle Engineering, Inc.
                             Centrifugal Supercharger Kit

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the
Vehicle Code; and

Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Section 39515 and Section
39516 of the Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—14—012;

IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the Centrifugal
Supercharger Kit, manufactured and marketed by Specialty Vehicle Engineering, Inc.,
1501 Industrial Way North, Toms River, New Jersey 08755, has been found not to
reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systems and,
therefore, is exempt from the prohibitions of Section 27156 of the Vehicle Code for
General Motors 2014 through 2016 model year trucks and SUVs equipped with a
5.3L or 6.2L engine and 2015 to 2017 model year 3.6L Jeep Wranglers .

The Centrifugal Supercharger Kit for the General Motors vehicles consists of the
following main components: Rotrex centrifugal supercharger, model number C38—92
with a 100mm diameter pulley, bypass valve, intercooler, air intake tubing, air filter
box with high flow filter, MAP sensor, and a reflashed ECM. The stock crankshaft
pulley, throttlebody, mass air flow sensor, fuel pump, fuel injectors, and thermostat
are retained. The tuner‘s emission—related data files cannot be modified by the end
user. Breather hoses may be replaced with an SAE30RY rated hose. Boost is
limited to around 10 psi.

The Centrifugal Supercharger Kit for Jeep Wrangler consists of the following main
components: Rotrex centrifugal supercharger, model number C38—92 with a 100mm
diameter pulley, intake air tubing, bypass valve, MAP sensor, high flow injectors,
intercooler, and a reflashed ECM (no user adjustments). Boost is limited to 9.0
pounds per square inch. The stock air cleaner housing, crankshaft pulley, and
thermostat are retained. All supplied fuel hoses are Avon‘s CADbar 9000 series or a
stock replacement, and fuel and vapor line connectors supplied with the kit are OEM
— equivalent parts. Breather hoses may be replaced with an SAE30R9 rated hose or
a stock replacement.

This Executive Orderis valid provided that the installation instructions for the
Centrifugal Supercharger Kit will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications
different from those of the vehicle manufacturer.

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the Centrifugal Supercharger
Kit as exempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of
the vehicle‘s pollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

                                           9:

Marketing of the Centrifugal Supercharger Kit using any identification other than that
shown in this Executive Order or marketing of the Centrifugal Supercharger Kit for an
application other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless
prior approval is obtained from the Air Resources Board.

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the
Centrifugal Supercharger Kit may have on any warranty either expressed or implied
by the vehicle manufacturer

This Executive Order is granted based on prior submitted emission test data
generated on two test vehicles modified with the supercharger kit. Test results
showed that emission levels, with the supercharger kit installed, met the applicable
emission standards when tested using the Cold—Start CVS—75 Federal Test
Procedure (FTP) test cycle and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP
USO6/SC03) test cycle. Examination of the OBD II system showed that the
supercharger kit did not affect OBD II system operation. Results from emissions
testing conducted at Automotive Testing and Development Services, Inc. of Ontario,
California, are shown below, in grams per mile, with deterioration factors (df) applied.
